Can I get an extension on my Cricket phone bill? ›

BridgePay Extension must be requested within the 7 days of the original BridgePay agreement and allows you to extend your BridgePay by another 7 days. You'll need to pay a $5 fee for a single-line account or a $15 fee for a multi-line account, and payment is due immediately to process the extension request.

Changing Your Due Date

You can change your monthly payment due date by calling Customer Support at 1-800-CRICKET (1-800-274-2538).

If you missed your due date, simply pay now to restore your service! Pay within 60 days of your last pay date to keep your number. Otherwise, your account will be canceled.
